The demons have been bothering me since my uncle initiated me into sorcery. I have committed so many heinous acts through the power of the demons and caused lots of problems, pain and suffering for people. My uncle placed the representation of this demon of sorcery in my house, and it continues to plague me.
I have gone to several different churches to try and find deliverance from these demons, but when they begin to manifest themselves and start to cause problems in the church, the people send me away. I could not find freedom.
But then one of my cousins, who had become an evangelist with the Adventist church, told me to come to his church. When I started going, I felt a difference and a power that I had not felt at the other churches.
Thankfully, Fidel arrived for a program in my village one day, and my cousin presented my case to him.
“Do you want to be delivered?” Fidel asked me. “Do you want to follow Jesus?”
“Oh yes!” I replied.
Fidel and my cousin started praying for me, and I accepted Jesus.
For the next four hours, we prayed, and they rebuked the devil and his demon. We had Bible readings and singing. The demons manifested themselves in me, possessing my body. I had no control. Satan had possessed me for a long time and was not willing to give up his possession. But God is almighty, and He was not going to let me remain in slavery when I willed to be free to follow Him and called on Him for deliverance.
Finally, they had to leave. I was free at last from the demons and felt very light. My eyes cleared up, and I felt a happiness that I had never experienced in my life.
I started studying the Bible with my cousin and found joy in following God. When the time came for baptism, I was among those who were plunged into the water and washed clean by the blood of Jesus to start a new life with Him. I praise God for His freeing Grace and what He has done for me.
