Due to COVID-19, missions destinations have needed to be altered.
I am third year physics, mathematics and education major at Pacific Union College. I enjoy working through the puzzles and riddles that math and physics present. I grew up at Monterey Bay Academy, CA and Fort Wayne, IN. My parents were always school teachers which I’m sure influenced my decision to be a teacher. I have worked at summer camp since I was 17 and have always enjoyed every part of it. I like to be outdoors and explore in woods and nature and really enjoy carving nature inspired things. I felt called to go as a student missionary during my sophomore year and was led to apply for a student teacher in the Palawano Project. I am excited about the challenge that this will be.
