Adventist Frontier Missions seeks a Development Director with previous leadership and management experience. Cross-cultural experience is preferable.
Applicant must have good organizational and people skills, creativity, integrity and discipline. Tasks include developing a strong donor base through donor ministry, directing fundraising training and supervising missionary candidates and several office employees. Must be willing to travel at least one week per month.
