On a recent trip to South Korea, Diane and I realized how much different travel has become due to everything going on in the world. The two weeks of quarantine alone seemed like a lifetime filled with uncertainty. Not knowing what will happen next can make you a little crazy.

Then, as we made plans to travel to Romania this past March to help launch AFM Europe, we knew we would have to jump through a few hoops to get into that country. We understood that the war in Ukraine would bring with it many uncertainties. But one of the many things I have learned working for AFM these last 27 years is that God is truly in control!

International travel for Diane and me is becoming more difficult and limited. Is living with this type of uncertainty worth it? I should say so!

Seeing someone baptized in another country, or even in your own country, is beautiful and worth enduring any uncertainty. Who can put a price on witnessing someone uniting their lives in the certainty of a life with Jesus as their Lord and Savior?

No, we do not live with uncertainty. We have a God that is surely coming back very soon. Are you ready for Him to return?

Are you ready to go where God directs? Even at the mercy of a well-meaning government official? 

I think you get the picture. Uncertainty can be turned into certainty when you look at it through the eyes of God.

Please keep us in your prayers as, “We are hard-pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed—always carrying about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our body” (2 Corinthians 4:8-10 NKJV).
Certainty only comes with Jesus!
