Early in my Furlough, I had the privilege of visiting Scotland, the London area and Germany to do some fundraising. First, I spoke in a church in Aberdeen Scotland. I was impressed with their commitment to life outreach and prayer. From there, I took a 13-hour bus trip back to London where I caught a flight to Germany for a mission conference our student missionary, Naomi Kromer, wanted me to attend. We worked out all the details and were able to have a table there to present AFM and the Otammari Project. I had a great time getting to know people and making some new friends.
From there, I went back to London and saw some sights. On Sabbath, I spoke at two churches—the Brixton SDA Church for Sabbath School, and the Balham SDA Church for an afternoon program. What warm and loving churches! They opened their arms to Pastor and Mrs. Allcock and me and made us feel right at home. May God richly bless them in all their activities. I also enjoyed visiting a couple other churches that opened their arms to me, but I didn’t speak in them. I thank God for the opportunity to visit these places and meet brothers and sisters in other countries. I hope to meet many others of you in upcoming weeks. Rich blessings on you all!
