About the Project
Adventist Frontier Missions needs to get the story out about the great need for pioneer missionaries in unreached people groups around the world. One of the ways we do this is by filming a project in the field and creating a documentary for broadcast TV and DVD. This is a full apprentice position usually offered to student missionaries. When we assign a videographer to a location, he first develops a script, then captures footage and finally manages editing and post-production from start to finish.
Through these stories, our goal is to create awareness for AFM projects and missionaries, develop an interest in overseas service, give a clear picture to supporters of what mission life is like and show the progress missionaries are making to reach their people group.
