I’ve been a proud Houstonian for many years now. I graduated from Southwestern Adventist University with a degree in Elementary Education then served for almost two years as a missionary English teacher in South Korea. Teaching and missions became my passions. Back in Houston, I felt God calling me again during the pandemic, which led me to apply to become a Short-Term Missionary.
Now I’ve been serving at the Pnong Project for a year teaching English and doing teacher trainings. With the support of other SMs and the rest of the Pnong team, we also established the first Pathfinder club in the area. I am excited to see what God can do through me on my second year at the project. I am returning to continue the work with Pathfinders as well as teacher development at school. Any donations are welcome, as well as all of your prayers for this project.

Frontier Stories
Lesson Learned
Many things have happened in the six months living in Mondulkiri, but the most beautiful memory I have so far, happened on a Sunday afternoon.

An Introvert’s Paradise
First of all, let me say I am living in my personal paradise. It’s been almost two months since I arrived in Cambodia and I’m still amazed at how inherently warm and friendly people are here.
